Commissions
I’m open for commissions, only commissions for my style of painting! If you are interested in ordering a painting, send me an email to info@luisparreira.art with a description of your idea, desired size, and your photos, and I am happy to provide you with an estimate and a timeline.
As a medium, I usually use oil painting and dry pastel.
It is recommended to send photos with the highest resolution possible. One of the most important aspects is having good visibility of the face.
After discussing your idea, I will send you a sketch photo of your future painting for your approving.
After approving the Sketch, my commission terms call for 50% prepay, and 50% upon completion prior to delivery.
I will send photos of the development of the work and in the end, you can approve it or send me your comments, if you need edits.
The price depends on the size and level of details. The shipping cost is not included (Please, send me your zip code and I will calculate the total amount with the shipping).
Shipping
We Ship All Prints, Original Artwork, Commission Pieces and Merch World Wide!
Preparing Originals for shipment takes 2-3 weeks to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please note that since we are based in the Azores, shipping Originals from here may sometimes experience delays. Once your order is shipped, an automated email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, including tracking information that will update you as the status changes.
On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. Luis Parreira Art is not responsible.
Our shipping service is provided by CTT (Portuguese Postal Service), which does not guarantee express shipping, so delays may occur.
If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase to ensure we can redirect your package. We cannot change the address once the order has left our studio. Contact us through the contact page or at info@luisparreira.art as soon as possible. Luís Parreira Art is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure you provide complete and accurate mailing addresses at checkout.

Exchanges and Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, email info@luisparreira.art to arrange a return within 15 days of receiving the piece.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original condition you received it in. If you notice any damage upon receipt, please report it via email to info@luisparreira.art within 48 hours. If damage is confirmed and the item is still available online, you may choose to return or exchange it within 14 days. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be processed after 14 days.
If damage is reported within 14 days of receipt and approved, any charges will be refunded once we receive the items at our headquarters. Refunds will follow standard bank processing times. For any questions about refunds, please contact us at info@luisparreira.art.
All returns accepted by Luís Parreira Art must be sent by post according to our instructions to ensure the item’s protection during shipment to our headquarters. If any returned items arrive damaged, lost, or in a condition that prevents resale due to reasons not caused by us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Merchandising products comply with Fine Art America return policies, so please contact me at info@luisparreira.art before making any returns. I will assist you in your return.
Sale items are not subject to refund, return or exchange.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases due to a change of mind. According to Portugal’s consumer protection laws, our studio does not cover shipping costs for any returned items unless there is a defect or the product fails to meet the consumer guarantee. In such cases, Luís Parreira Art will cover the return shipping costs.
Privacy Policy
Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive Luís Parreira artwork related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.
All payments on this site are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal, with options to pay using credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
