Description
The painting “Off with her head” was inspired by The Queen of Hearts, a fictional character from the book Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, and Tim Burton’s film interpretation.
This painting shows us a foul-tempered monarch, authoritarian and with doubtful beauty, who solves all difficulties, big or small, shouting: “Off with their heads!”.
Unfortunately in our lives, we often have to deal with people with a temperament similar to the Queen of Hearts … which makes us “lose our heads”.
